Lottery winnings.......

According to the lottery stats it's due to the economy.  The state lotteries can not pump out scratches fast enough and they are supposed to pay out according to intake at a set rate. (Yeah Right!!)  But that is what they tell the auditors that all work for the state (get it).  Anyway there is going to be alot more money in the state lottos this year......
